We are constantly striving to develop our policies in the comfortable knowledge that our membership will never back us up: our constitution says that we need a huge majority to initiate industrial action.

Our main policy is to keep well clear of things that might upset our members like ethnic minority committees, equal ops and stuff like that. We restrict our campaigning to things we know and like - such as uniforms, clothing allowances and the imposition of Quadrant travel passes on aliens. Radical, eh?
