JUDGEMENT DAY

Link to BLADDERGATE

31st July 2002.

The basis of the judgement is as follows (In the next few days Judas will tell you what the fallout is likely to be, but no doubt Skippy will look forward to her challenging new role managing the Liverpool PCS office).

1) Bye-bye Barry (he keeps the dosh, though)

2) Hello Mark as GS (his election was stated to be fair)

3) The NEC meeting of 23rd May was unconstitutional (however, he pointed out that matters of standing orders are for the union, not the court to decide.)

Some sources are suggesting that an appeal may be in the offing on the second item only.
